About Mary Elizabeth Hanchey

Mary Elizabeth Hanchey, co-founder of Project Pomegranate, is a writer, musician, gardener, coffee drinker, student, and soccer mom, who lives in Durham, NC. Though she has put in her time for two degrees (B.A. and J.D.) at the University of North Carolina, and though her blood runs tarheel blue, she is currently working towards an MDiv at Duke University. She and her family worship at Watts Street Baptist Church.
